Year 3 had some very special visitors. Our topic of Hindu worship was brought alive when we heard stories and saw artefacts of the religion.

We performed a Puja ceremony and the highlight was when we re enacted the story of Rama and Sita complete with beautiful costumes and music.

Roald Dahl Day!

30th September 2021S Admin (Biddick Hall Juniors)

We celebrated Roald Dahl Day on the 13th September (Roald Dahl’s birthday).  Many of us wore yellow as this is his favourite colour. Each class spent the day completing sessions linked to Roald Dahl.

We each donated £1 which will be given to the Roald Dahl charity, which provides specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children. Today, there are currently 82 Roald Dahl Specialist Nurses caring for over 21,000 seriously ill children across the UK.
